14 days refund, buyer pays return postage!

(We) Kissimoto Ltd accept returns within 14 working days as long as they have not been used or damaged by the purchaser for the purpose of restocking. 2. All postage costs will be the buyer's responsibility. 3. We will issue a credit less our original cost of posting. 4. All credits will only be issued once the goods have been returned to us. Most purchases are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item.

Consumer Contracts Regulations
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Payments) Regulations 2013 apply to sales made by us acting in the course of business to a you the consumer which have been concluded at a distance. In other words, where there is no face to face contact between the seller and the consumer. This covers sales over the phone and over the Internet.


You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not altered in any way, as well as including:

  • All original packaging such as boxes, bags and tags

  • Free gifts or bonus items

  • All items included in a bundle


    Duties

    It is your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods therefore if the goods are returned in an unreasonable condition we may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you we may recover the amount by which the value of the goods is diminished to us, up to the contract price.

     All time periods quoted are extended to the next working day if they end on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday. In this case we will issue you with a full refund however you will need to return all goods you are requesting a refund for at your cost if you have already received them and they will need to be returned to us in a reasonable condition. Upgraded carriage services chosen by you when you placed your order e.g. by 9am instead of using our standard next working day delivery are non refundable however any basic rate paid will be refundable

     If you decide to cancel your order with us, we request that you inform us in writing by filling out the cancellation form at the bottom of the clause, and filling in the relevant fields,  this will be accepted in the form of an e-mail to us.

    We have several premises so the return address is dependant on the item in question. Once you have emailed us then we will inform you of the correct return address.  

    Please keep a copy of your written cancellation notice in case of dispute.

    If you decide to make your cancellation request by phone please keep evidence of this in case of dispute, as providing sufficient proof of cancellation by phone can be more difficult, written cancellation is advisable

    All goods will be inspected on return. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. If you fail to take reasonable care of goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

    You will return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met is you send back the goods before the 14 days has expired.

    Postage costs of returning the item to ourselves is to be bourne by you please read the shipping cost to return goods term.

    ALL REFUNDS for cases like this are processed within 14 days after goods are received back - it is our aim to get your money refunded back to you as quickly as possible.

    No compensation payment or refund will be made for, but not limited to, disappointment, or time lost.

    Returns are only accepted with a returns number which can be obtained after going through the details of your return with a member of staff. Please include a letter with your return stating your order number and reason for return along with any other useful information such as return address, email ticket numbers, contact telephone number etc. Parcels that arrive without a returns number may be rejected.

    If the product or parts are not covered by the warranty a quote will be supplied for repair or replacement and the cost of returning the product or parts back to you. All warranty claim decisions are final. Product warranty does not cover collateral damage. Due to the nature and use of this product misuse, abuse incorrect charging and discharging and all other inappropriate use of this product is not covered under warranty. We store orders in our warehouse for a maximum of three weeks only. After three weeks in we charge all customers £8 per item per week
